Q: What hours does Splash Universe operate?

Q: What does it cost to come to Splash Universe?

A: If you stay in one of our resort suites, then the cost of the water park is built directly into your package, plus your family gets to play for 2 days in the water park. If you are not a resort guest, then day passes are available on days when the park is not sold out. We do not take advanced reservations for Day Passes. Day Passes are sold on a first-come first-serve basis at the water park. We recommend that you call the morning before you come to the park to make sure that we are not sold out for that day. Q: What time can I get into both my room and the water park?

A: We do not guarantee your room until 4:00 p.m. However, you can pick up your water park passes at 12:00 p.m. and immediately begin enjoying the park.

Q: Do I need a hotel or lodging for a night?

A: We are attached to the Holiday Inn through indoor corridors. Although it is not required, you will receive a better value for the money you spend if you stay in the hotel.

Q: Is there enough activity for 2 days of entertainment?

A: Yes, we are a full resort offering everything from an incredible indoor water park to our 3,000 square foot family game arcade, not to mention there are children’s activities throughout the day.

Q: My group would like to book a day at Splash Universe. Do you offer discounts for large groups?

Q: If I do not plan on swimming, only watching others in my group, do I have to pay to enter?

A: Yes, everyone who enters the park must pay the admission price. Discounted spectator rates are also available.

Q: Are their activities for all ages?

A: Yes, from our children’s area aimed at the young ones in the family (any child old enough to sit up and play) to the thrills of our slides we feel there is more than enough to entertain you and your family.

Q: I have small children and would like them to wear life vests. Do you have them available?

A: Yes! Life vests are provided at no charge. However, if you choose to bring your own personal floatation device please be sure it is U.S. Coast Guard approved. Water wings and other inflatable devices, are not permitted in the water park for safety reasons.

Q: Are towels provided to guests of the water park?

A: Although we ask that you bring your own towels into the water park, towels will be available for purchase in the gift shop.

Q: What about changing facilities?

A: We have changing room with showers in the park as well as lockers to place your clothing in while you swim. We recommend that resort guests leave your valuables and just walk over and play.

Q: Can I bring food or coolers into the park?

A: No, we do not allow food and beverage to be brought into the park. We recommend that you try our incredible food served in our Snack Shack or Tree House Pub & Grub Family Restaurant.

Q: Can we use the paging system to call our group to a meeting point?

A: No,  The park is not equipped with a paging system. We recommend you designate a meeting time & place for your group.

Q: Do you charge a rental fee on your tubes?

A: Tubes are provided free of charge.

Q: What is the water and air temperature?

A: It is always 84 degrees at Splash Universe.

Q: Do you have any suggestions for clothing?

A: Splash Universe requires that proper swimming attire be worn while playing in the park. Please make sure there are no metal zippers, grommets, etc., which may cause damage to the slides and tubes. Proper swim attire is available for purchase in the Trading Post Gift Shop.

Q: If I need to leave the park, can I get back in?

A: Yes, You can exit and re-enter the same day as long as you wear your wrist band.
